Update - 19th October2020: We are still experiencing a higher than usual volume of support requests due to customers returning following an extended period of closure. We are closing more support requests than are being opened daily so the backlog is reducing, but new support requests are still taking a little longer than normal to process. We appreciate your patience at this busy time, and hope to return to our normal response times as soon as possible.
