The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recently notified the manufacturer of our interactive screen brackets regarding an incident involving a height-adjustable screen-to-floor mount bracket supplied by a different manufacturer. In this case, the screen/mount collided with objects due to the absence of appropriate safety mechanisms resulting in damage to the wall fixings and causing the installation to become unstable.

While this incident concerned a product from a different manufacturer, as a precautionary measure the manufacturer of our brackets, Loxit Products, have issued a statement outlining the safety mechanisms incorporated into their own height-adjustable brackets along with recommendations for their proper use.
