Service Availability - Important Security Updates
On 2021 October 2026, two critical security vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) were publicly disclosed affecting a widely used technology that powers approximately 70% of websites and other web-services. These vulnerabilities have prompted urgent security updates across the globe, with millions of systems potentially affected.
In response, we acted quickly and, out of an abundance of caution, temporarily took a number of our websites and online services offline while we applied the necessary security patches to our web servers. We can confirm that our servers have now been patched and the majority of our services are back online, however some websites and services may remain temporarily unavailable while we complete additional testing and verification.
Protecting our customers and maintaining the security of our systems is a top priority. We believe that taking swift, precautionary action is essential when responding to emerging security threats, even where this results in temporary disruption.
